apport information

** Description changed:

  After upgrading from 11.10 to 12.04 on a Dell Inspiron 1501 64-bit, ATI x1300
graphics, the resume is at best intermittent.
Most times it fails with a kernel panic (guessing here - only symptoms are
black screen and flashing Caps-Lock/Num-Lock lights).
Hard restart is needed afterwards = holding down the power button for 8
seconds and repowering.

As of writing this has all the most recent updates - but no joy on
suspend/resume.
