+ Ubuntu version being tested (ex. Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit).
+ power_profile (which you provided, thank you).
+ Driver In Use (ex. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer, 
radeon, etc.).
+ What specifically are you doing when you quote this temperature?
+ Did you perform the following potential workaround:
sudo cpufreq-selector --cpu=0 --governor=powersave && sudo cpufreq-selector 
--cpu=1 --governor=powersave && cpufreq-info
