I have the same problem. I'm new to Linux. Installed Mint 13.
Setup my printer which is across the network on my Windows XP Pc.
I'm using a canon ip4300 printer.

I can print fine without duplex.

However when I try to print duplex I get the same error about paper size not
being supported (in English). Even though A4 paper and A4 print settings are
selected. This message appears on the Windows XP PC, and Linux thinks the
printing has gone through fine.
I can print duplex across the network on the same set-up when I use windows 7
which I am hoping to phase out. However, these little problems make me think
twice.

Please help.
