  Whenever alarms are stopped there's a notification that it has been

+ 1. Create a new timer in the alarm-clock-applet Alarms window.
+ 2. Start the timer if not started already.
+ 3. Wait until the timer rings -- a notification should appear.
+ 4. Click on the alarm-clock-applet icon and choose "Stop all alarms".
+ 5. Observe whether a notification that the alarms have been stopped is issued 
(it shouldn't be).
