Brad: This was also tested by one of the TAMs with 10.04.3 and the FlexFabric device did not work then either. IIRC, he pulled the Oneiric backports kernel to get it running.
I know this worked as of the Maverick backport kernel, so at least I know where it STARTS working. Given that it also didn't work in 10.04.3, I am wondering if this ever worked at all in Lucid. We did not have this hardware to test prior to now, so AFAIK, this is the first time any of us have run Ubuntu on a system with this converged device. Joeseph: I'll see if I can get that installed and try it out. I can tell you that the Maverick and Oneiric backports for Lucid work, and that Precise works out of the box. I would presume that the Upstream will also work, but I'll try it to verify that for you. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1013414 Title: HP FlexFabric Converged devices do not work with IPv4 in Ubuntu 10.04.4 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1013414/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
