/etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.sbin.mysqld
Please could you provide more details about your installation. Was it a
fresh install? or was it an upgrade from a previous release?
If you can run:
apport-collect 990937
on the impacted system this will automatically provide the requested
information.

the requested information.
