report.

As for this bug, always prepending 127.0.0.1 is just plain wrong. You
don't necessarily have a local resolver bound on 127.0.0.1 nor can you
assume every will want to use it.

If you just want to force a specific DNS server, simply do it in
/etc/network/interfaces with a dns-nameservers line or override it in
the Network Manager user interface.
