I am trying to copy less than 1GB of photos from a Canon camera and gvfsd-gphoto2 process consumes all the memory (4GB) and the swap (2GB), locking the computer before writing a single file to disk.
I am using Ubuntu 12.04 with all updates. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/673151 Title: gvfsd-gphoto2 when downloading a file from camera loads entire file into memory first, doesn't write it onto hdd simultaneously To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gvfs/+bug/673151/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
