Chris, Yes, it happens every time. When I say cursor I mean the blinking vertical line (for lack of better words to describe it), not the mouse pointer. You must be in full screen mode and have some text typed. When you click in different sections of the text there is a significant lag time (about a second) before the cursor moves to that new location. I apologize if my previous explanation was not detailed enough.
I am running OO.org version 2.2.0 which is the current version in the Ubuntu repositories, but not the most recent OO.org release. Thank you for your reply.
