1. Battery went low
2. The warning appeared that battery was low
3. I connected the AC adapter
4. Yet, several seconds later, the screen went black and hysterical disk
activity started, as if the system was going to suspend
5. The password prompt appeared, as if the system was already resuming from a
suspend, or as if screen had been locked
6. I entered the password and the normal screen appeared, with all my open
applications
7. very few seconds later, suddenly the screen went black again and the system
_really_ suspended
8. I pressed the power button, it resumed from suspend, I entered the password
and everything was up again as expected
