Public bug reported:
without installing any printer or cups, the print to file option allows
printing to pdf. However, the default settings (e.g. A4 instead of
Letter) for this "virtual printer" cannot be set anywhere.
The virtual pdf printer as provided by print-to-file does not show up in
the printer configuration screen and hence cannot be configured.
