gconfvideosink is not available in lubuntu, that's the cause for this
bug.
A workaround you can use is to install gstreamer1.0-gconf, but on
Lubuntu it may not be feasible to do so.
This bug is fixed in the development version of checkbox, which has
replaced most instances of gconf elements with auto gstreamer elements
which work better on non-gnome systems, as well as getting rid of all
instances of gconfvideosink (we now use a different way to test video).
As such, I'll mark this bug as Fix Released.
