According to the logs the regulatory rules for the US are being applied
to your device. The AP is operating on channel 13, which is not allowed
by US regulatory rules. If you are actually in the US and this is your
AP, you probably ought to switch it to a different channel (1 - 11). If
you're outside the US then perhaps you're using hardware intended to be
sold in the US; in that case you can override the regulatory domain
being used by running "iw reg set CC", where CC is the two-letter
abbreviation for your country (see
http://linuxwireless.org/en/developers/Regulatory/Database).
There doesn't seem to be any problem with the driver though, so I'm
closing this bug as Invalid.
