Found a workaround/"solution." Just plug in some headphones and restart the computer. Alsa will then recognize the combo port and kill the internal speakers. Pluging the headphones in and out may cause sound to play through both, speakers and headphones, just unplug the headphones, mute the speakers and plug in the headphones.
