The test suite has been disabled, as each test seemingly requires a
remote web service. Including github.com and httpbin.org. The tests
include things like SSL check and Cookies. This is one example where
having the test case enabled at build time doesn't make much sense IMO.
The other build-dep outlined has now been removed, as it was only
required for the test. Thanks.
