* Looks like we could sync back up with Debian later, now that we've dropped 
the idea of running the test suite.
* Server team is subscribed.
* Packaging is simple enough, for a package that supports Py2 and Py3
* python3-oauthlib isn't used for python3-requests, but only because it doesn't 
exist yet (something I'm trying to change for an unrelated package actually).  
The Py2 version is used for python-requests, so good
* No bugs in Debian or Ubuntu

Blockers:
* I'm going to request a quick security pass because this deals with http, 
oauth, and certificates.
* It embeds a copy of urllib3.  It says it's a fork, not a copy.  But there's 
only one difference, and it's a patch that urllib3 should have (to handle 
AppEngine not providing a _http_vsn_str attribute on its connection object).  
We should stop using the embedded copy and just patch the system urllib3 with 
that fix.
