** Description changed:

When a app is automatically placed in the Launcher after being installed
from the Software Center, it should be in the 'not running' state.
Currently a hollow triangle is placed on the left side of the icon of
the newly installed application and this is wrong.

  To Reproduce:
  1. Install Chrome from the Software Centre
  2. Look at the Chrome icon that has been placed in the Launcher

  Current incorrect behaviour:
  - To the left of the Chrome Launcher icon a hollow triangle is displayed (the
same triangle that is used to designate that a application is running on a
different workspace). This is incorrect

  What should happen:
- - After a application has been installed but before the user has launched the
application there should be *no* triangles or pips of any kind on either side
of the icon.
+ - After a application has been installed but before the user has launched the
application there should be *no* triangles or pips of any kind on either side
of the icon. The application should be in the Launcher, but in a non-running
state.
