Edit /usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/paths/analog-output-
headphones.conf and comment out the Jack detect session, so it looks
like this:

; [Jack Headphone]
; required-any = any

That turns off jack detection for your machine.
Restart pulseaudio afterwards (pulseaudio -k ).
