I get this on Ubuntu 12.04, it's an annoying bug as it completely ignores the
huge rectangle of non-existent pixels when using two differently-sized monitors.
When resizing the window to be the same size as my larger monitor, the title
bar and the Unity menu bar prevent me from moving the window into a position
that allows me to see its entire contents.

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: rdesktop

  Version 1.6.0/lucid update from 10.mar

- With a twin screen setup (nvidia), if rdesktop is set to full screen, ita
takes over both monitors.
- This si sometime very nice, but it would be nice if it could just do full
screen on just one monitor.

For now I specify the resolution manually in a script.
