My friend has run into this on an Acer Aspire V3-771G as well. What
needs to be done to move this forward? Would it help to run 'apport-
collect 1016147' on the computer as mentioned in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1016147/comments/5
or was the information provided in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1016147/comments/12
enough? I don't actually know the format of data returned by apport-
collect, so I don't know if that's what it looks like. In any case, is
there anything I can do to help move this along? I'd be willing to work
on a solution, though my knowledge of kernels and drivers is limited at
best, but if someone could point me in the right direction I could try
to take a stab at things.
