Thank you for the reply Christopher. I am fairly new to the Launchpad
community, so I was wondering if you could tell me why this bug is
insufficient. Why is it beneficial to create a new bug the will
effectively be an exact duplicate of this one, since the problem I'm
experiencing is exactly described here. Similarly, if I did create a new
bug, it seems to me that this bug,

Matt Smith as you instructed him, and my potential new bug are
addressing essentially the same issue and thus should all be duplicates
of each other.

I just read over that and I should qualify that I'm definitely not
trying to be aggressive, I'm just confused and trying to understand how
to do things here :) Again thank you for you help!
