Public bug reported:
Regression:
Unity Greeter seems to have lost its ability to a) correctly display
the user's wallpaper before logon, and b) the transition to the desktop
while showing that selected wallpaper.
Now, it only shows a black screen instead of the wallpaper during the
login process.
It used to work much better before, with the correct wallpaper displayed
and the wallpaper shown all the way through the login process.
