Ok, yeah, looking at the code again this should no longer be able to
happen.  The fix was in 3.1 (See bug #1041104) and we're on 3.2 by now,
so it probably went away when you updated.

  * control: Move intel-gpu-tools to recommends to fix FTBS
  * Force Xorg.0.log encoding to bytes to work around UTF-8 issues
