Well, it means it's invalid for the "The Sync Menu" component of this
ticket.
My guess is that the Ubuntu packaging component is invalid too and that
it was a configuration problem on your system. However let's confirm
that the .desktop file is installed by default for users who have the
Sync Menu and U1 installed.
