I've dropped the release note for this from the wiki page; the fix was
uploaded to quantal, so this doesn't seem to be a noteworthy issue now.
(It's still possible that users in precise will hit this bug, but I
don't see any reason to think they're more likely to hit it when
upgrading to quantal than at any other time.)
