It looks to me like you have a misconfigured line in your
/etc/apt/sources.list file. lsb_release -sc returns your distribution
code name (precise, quantal ...) and that should appear in a sources
file. You'll need to manually resolve this issue by editing
/etc/apt/sources.list.
