Hi Phillip - If no webapps are working for you, then you're experiencing more than just this bug, which is about Gmail. I don't know if there's another bug about "no webapps functionality." If you don't see one, you might use "Ask A Question" on Launchpad, and look on http://askubuntu.com , too.
