Down laoded ubuntu 12.10 amd 64 from distrowatch.com.
changed .Iso to .img.
Put is on a usb with imagewriter.
Booted up with usb in computer.
Screen displayed "test run or insall".
I chose "test run" and got a black screen instantanously with no cursor!!!
I shutdown compter an restared it hit f2 and sitll balck screen.
f2 I allway got into bios.
Rebooted up with a proven live usb with Ubuntu 12.04
on usb drive and got black screen.
Can not boot off dvd becuse there is a dvd in it
and can only be ejected from in side A OS, no eject
button on the out side.
I do a normal boot and black sreen with no cursor.
On my Smasung 700z5c chronos series 7 optmius. I can not
take the batter out to shut down. I must hold power button
down for a seconed to shut down.
preveous OS installs work fine. I have windows, mint 13, Ubuntu12.04,
and Windows 7 on dffernt partitions.
Now I am wait 5 hours with the
compter on hoping it will discharge
the batter completly and reset bios your
what ever.
I am F_cked.
