** Description changed: Hello, I just upgraded from Kubuntu 12.04 to Kubuntu 12.10 (amd64), and suspend is not working anymore . Here are more details: My notebook is Sony Vaio VPCS12L9E When I select suspend from the Kde menu, suspend doesn't work: - the screen goes black, but does not turn off - num Lock works, - caps Lock doesn't work - notebook is on, and doesn't enter suspend mode. In this state, i can only press power button (hard power off) or reboot with Stamp + Alt + B. In Kubuntu 12.04 suspend work, but hibernate doesn't. Hibernate doesn't work on 12.10 too.
