parameters you are using:
acpi_backlight=vendor acpi_sleep=nonvs

could you please remove both of these kernel parameters and provide the
information following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspend ?
As well, could you please discuss why specifically you are passing these
kernel parameters? Being presumptuous, acpi_backlight=vendor is for a
backlight issue, and acpi_sleep=nonvs so suspend would work in Precise?
