In order to run, python-pynast requires python-cogent, but python-cogent
is not listed as one of the dependencies. To actually perform useful
work, python-pynast also requires an alignment program (MUSCLE, MAFFT,
or ClustalW) as well as a search program (BLAST or UNCLUST). None of
these are listed as dependencies. With python-cogent and muscle
installed, python-pynast seems to work.
