the same problem. but for usb bluetooth adapter. and problem reveals itself after reboot only. so, stepts to reproduce are:
1) boot into ubuntu and log in as user 2) insert bluetooth adapter into usb port (bluetooth will work fine at this step) 3) reboot system expected result: working bluetooth real result: the same as in original description.
