package makes sense at this point (everything is in universe)

- generated binaries should be
- kubuntu-desktop-settings, kubuntu-netbook-settings, kubuntu-mobile-settings
etc.
+ as discussed on ML binaries should have a kubuntu-settings-* scheme
+ (e.g. kubuntu-settings-desktop).
