For me this is fixed in 0.92.9, in Quantal. I think it was fixed fairly
shortly after you filed this bug. If this is not the case, please
reopen:
ii software-properties-common 0.92.9
software-properties-common: /usr/share/man/man1/add-apt-repository.1.gz
Note: I can't find a script called remove-apt-repository, I just use
add-apt-repository --remove. Was that a different script?
