See http://wiki.mypaint.info/Development/Debugging_Tablet_Issues, MyPaint probably misidentifies your mouse as a touch device. Happened on my desktop with two mice. It works ok after turning off pressure in MyPaint -> Edit -> Preferences -> Mode.
