Sorry, just noticed that you reported this bug against 10.04 LTS.
multiarch is not available in 10.04, so indeed this is a problem when
trying to run newer skype builds on 10.04. We have no plans to fix this
in ia32-libs in 10.04 however, and recommend that you upgrade to 12.04
LTS instead for full multiarch support.
