Well, with KDE-4.5.71 on Mandriva Cooker after installing a non- available splash screen file (such as "KDE kastle"), I'm getting <<Download of "KDE kastle " failed, error: The file or folder http://www.filedropper.com/kstletar does not exist." (only I need to resize to see it all). The the theme's install button is giving me "Installing" and is greyed out and there's no way to release it without closing the dialogue (or to dismiss the dialog). So it's better than before, but still not perfect. Furthermore, why do we have to suffer through this entire issue of themes that are listed and rated but cannot be downloaded? Why can't kde-look host or mirror the files locally?
