I have a similar problem, maybe Sergey will know if it's the same thing. When I take screenshots I get old stuff that used to be on the screen some time ago.
I found that switching to a text-mode virtual terminal and back to X, then immediately taking the screenshot, gets me the correct screen contents. If this works in general, perhaps an automatic process with similar side-effects could be patched into the Ubuntu distro, or something. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1080002 Title: screenshot app gives plain blank screen To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer/+bug/1080002/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
