I have the same issue with a 82567LM on my Lenovo X200. Network-manager randomly connects a wired connection set to "connect automatically". Disabling auto connect on all wired connections remove the problem of nm setting the wrong IP, but now it's constantly trying to connect -> fails ->trying to connect -> fails...
