3/17/2013 Additional information about this bug report....

Samba seems to be working OK. As the bug report states, I was
installling the samba4 package when the bug report process auto started
so I didn't have time to find out if the software would work or not.
Well, it seems to be working. I have one issue, that is I can't log
onto the host machine from my windows box. But I think that might be a
config problem and not affected by the bug.

The error messages that the installation process generated continue to
repeat themselves whenever I install any package, gftp, xsane, etc....
But the packages appear to be installing OK and they run OK. Its like
the bug is not in Samba4 but in the installer process. And while its
annoying it doesn't appear to be affecting anything...well that I can
see. The error messages all come at the end of the process. I'll try
to capture them when I next install something. But they look a lot like
the ones in the file wilth this report. The process reloads the
database and then goes crazy reading something (in the database?) that
has words that are readable by people but don't match whatever the
software is reading.

I hope this helps clarify...
