The dictd package comments say that both dict-gcide & dict-wn should be also
installed, but are simply "suggested"; so check your installation about these
two packages.
As that report is about a no more maintained distro, you should report (via
ubuntu-bug) a new raring bug with all the apport details.
So closing that one.
