Ok. In fact I don't want to install the NVidia proprietary drivers. It was only an experience because the nvidia-glx that I always use don't work on Feisty. My goal is to put the nvidia-glx working properly with Feisty Fawn (as said in the first message). I've tried all ways to fix the problem using Ubuntu helps, forums and answers from launchpad, but nothing works. I insist there's a kind of bug at the interaction between Ubuntu Feisty and nvidia-glx driver. How can I driver work in the 2.6.15 kernel but don't in the 2.6.20?
