Hi Julian,

Would it be possible for you to test a couple of kernels.  The first
test would be the latest 3.2 stable kernel[0], to ensure the bug still
doesn't exist there.  The second test would be with the latest 3.10
kernel[1] to see if this is fixed in the mainline kernel.

If the bug is still fixed in the latest 3.2 kernel, I can perform a
kernel bisect to identify the commit that introduced this bug in Quantal
and Raring.  If the bug is fixed in the latest 3.10 mainline kernel, I
can perform a "Reverse" bisect to identify the commit that fixes it.  If
the bug still exists in 3.10, we can work with upstream to have this
issue looked at, in parallel with me performing a bisect against 3.2
stable.
