I've tried every version of Unity and I had/have this problem with every
one, including the newest one in 13.04. Other issues aside, this is the
biggest reason I find Unity to be unusable. What good is a desktop
enviroment if it can't restore minimized windows?
Also, I'm a time traveler. I've been talking with some developers from
1995 and they say they have a solution for this issue.
