I think the issues in this bug exist largely because the packaging wasn't intended to support headless users, as I speculated in Bug #1187144. > Also, deluge-web is also missing an upstart job, as a matter of fact, it > doesn't have an init script either. Obviously carried over from Debian packaging. I'd be curious to know why the Debian packager felt it was necessary to add the prefix. Did he get complaints of name conflicts?
