Binary package hint: nut
nut configuration takes too long, between reading docs, following steps and
testing.
There should be an optional config step for the common case of 1 ups directly
connected.
It would ask for the port and ups driver (if not detectable from the port),
then generate
ups.conf upsd.conf upsd.users upsmon.conf
