Vincent, the method you explained is not a bug because the folder was
blacklisted after the file was moved. When the file was moved, then
zeitgeist did now know that this folder has to be excluded.

Now if the steps I mentioned above still shows test in lens, then it is
indeed a bug in zeitgeist/activity-log-manager.

If by following steps I mentioned above, the file does not show up, then
it means that unity-file-lens is showing the files which have been
logged even before blacklist was added.

In that case, you would have to open a bug against unity file lens
