ubuntu 12.04.2 64-bit Gwibber 3.4.2 Facebook-bug known for long time, for me it worked even if not authorized in settings. Suddenly my updates stopped (facebook + twitter). Could not fix, so purged gwibber and set up again.
Can't add accounts for either facebook nor twitter now. Fails at verification.
