gnome-icon-theme 3.8 (in Saucy now) includes a 'preferences-system-
privacy' icon.

** Description changed:

Noticed the icons "Privacy" and "Backup" in System Settings are swapped.
Dont know if this is really a bug but it makes more sense the backup
- icon being the one with the "back in time clock" and the backup icon
+ icon being the one with the "back in time clock" and the privacy icon
  being the "safe" icon.
