** Description changed:

  - Hardware: 08ec:0015 M-Systems Flash Disk Pioneers Kingston DataTraveler
ELITE
  - The trouble doesn't exist with other USB drive I have.
  - The trouble is reproducible on every single computer: it isn't related to
my hardware confirguration

udisk --monitor output lots of "changed:
  /org/freedesktop/UDisks/devices/sdc" before "added:
  /org/freedesktop/UDisks/devices/sdc1".

  I tried to change sdc1 partition type from 6 (fat16) to b (fat32)
because I'm not sure of the filesystem but that doesn't change anything
about udisks-daemon CPU usage and delay before be able to mount the
  partition.

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 but the bug has existed in previous version too.
This bug may be related to #726814.
